David Hough was born April 15, 1821 in South Huntingdon Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA. He was baptisted Aug 5, 1821. His parents are Joseph Hough and Magdalena (Polly) Waltz (Source) Hope Lutheran Church Hoffman's South Huntingdon Twp., Westmoreland Co., Parish Records 1782-19115 by Paul Miller Ruff. By the way, David had another family. His first wife died in 1850. He had three children with her. I don't know if you are interested in them or not.
